State seeks 3-judge panel to deliberate on Lieberman case

The State Prosecutor's Office has asked the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court to assign a panel of three judges to deliberate on former Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman's case, instead of one as it normally done.
