IDF shoots, kills Palestinian trying to cross barrier

The IDF have shot dead a Palestinian trying to cross the security barrier to enter Israel in south Mount Hebron.

The man, 21, was trying to cross into Israel to find work and attempted to escape an army patrol when soldiers opened fire. He was then evacuated to a hospital were he succumbed to his wounds. IDF spokesperson claim the man was trying to infiltrate the border and "soldiers followed the rules of engagement and fired towards his legs." (Yoav Zitun and Elior Levy)
