High Court issues order instructing state rationalization of yeshiva student funding
The High Court of Justice issued a temporary court order instructing the State to rationalize the continued funding of tens of thousands of yeshiva students in light of the expiration of the Tal Law.
The order was issued in light of discussions held Tuesday morning on the appeal filed on the continuance of funding despite the nullification of the law which regularized the postponement of yeshiva students' service in the IDF. (Aviel Magnezi)
