Security placed at IDF spokesmen's homes
Unknown people have threatened the life of IDF spokesman Brigadier-General Yoav Mordechai; granting him protection by the General Staff's Security Unit. Ynet was informed that the IDF decided to secure Mordechai's home in fear that hostile elements will try to harm him or his family.
Ynet reported earlier that following Operation Pillar of Defense, IDF Spokesman in Arabic Major Avichay Adraee had similar threats made to him. Thus, Adraee received instruction by the General Staff's Security Unit. Adraee and Mordechai were the only ones to give interviews to the Arab media during Operation Pillar of Defense. (Yoav Zitun)
