Election Cmte. bans part of Economy Party campaign ad

Central Election Committee Chairman Justice Elyakim Rubinstein disqualified a part of an election ad by the Economy Party, where a women is seen eating a popsicle. Rubinstein decided that: "Part of the ad is vulgar and in bad taste, as well running the risk of hurting the public's feelings."

Rubinstein also decided to blur out the face of a child presented in one of Shas's campaign ads. (Telem Yahav)
