Israel's UN Ambassador Ron Prosor expressed concern over the possibility that Syrian chemical weapons could find their way to Hezbollah hands in Lebenon. In a special Security Council plenum dealing with terror, Prosor said that the council must act immediately to deal with the issue.
Prosor said that the responsibility to stop chemical weapon "leakage" to terror organization falls on the Security Council. He called on the body to enforce previously passed resolutions, saying that there were times when inaction was not an option. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
