Report: More than 1 million arrested in Syria since 2011
The Syrian Human Rights Committee published a report which says more than one million Syrian citizens were arrested since the rebellion started in March 2011. According to the report, 99% of detainees were tortured and more than 1,350 were killed in Syrian prisons. (Roi Kais)
