Olmert: Netanyahu government rejects peace
Former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said in Tel Aviv that "the current Israeli government is rejecting peace and isn't interested in an agreement (with the Palestinians)."

Olmert referred to tensions between Jerusalem and Washington and said: "Is it in our best interest to publicly confront the most powerful man in the world, who is committed to the fight against Iran? The Israeli government could lead to a situation where the state can no longer survive. Our refusal to conduct negotiations will lead to isolation with destructive implications for our way of life."
