Several teenage girls distributing Otzma LeYisrael flyers in Lod were reportedly attacked Sunday night. The girls suffered mild injuries.

According to available details, the girls, all of whom are 15, were distributing campaign material in one of Lod's neighborhoods when they encountered United Arab List-Ta'al activists doing the same.

According to the report the teens affiliated with the Arab party began shouting obscenities at the girls and chased them away, pelted them with rocks and smashed the windows of a car that was picking them up.

They then fled the scene.

The party filed a police complaint. A statement by Otzma LeYisrael heads MKs Arieh Eldad and Michael Ben Ari said Monday that "This was a very grave incident. We expect the police to make arrests in this case.

"We will arrive at that neighborhood on Election Day to make sure that those bullies understand that they don't scare us."
