More than 40% of prisoners vote

More than 40% of prisoners held at prisons and detention centers across Israel have voted in the Knesset elections. Ballot boxes were placed in all jails, and will be open until 8 pm.
In the 2009 elections the prisons' voter turnout stood at only 21%. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
