Kiryat Malachi mayor signs plea bargain

Kiryat Malachi Mayor Moti Malka has signed a plea bargain which will see him sentenced to probation.
Malka, arrested in May for allegedly raping two women, will be convicted on two charges of sexual harassment and a zoning law violation. He is expected to resign before his next hearing. (Ilana Curiel)
