Palestinian arrested in Efrat; says he was planning terror attack

A Palestinian man was arrested in the Gush Etzion settlement of Efrat.

 

The man was unarmed but claimed he was gathering reconnaissance ahead of a terror attack. He was turned over to further interrogation. (Itamar Fleishman)
