Egypt: Army to assist police in maintaining order
Egypt's Shura Council, the upper house of the Egyptian parliament, has authorized a government proposed law that would enable the army to assist the police in maintaining public order, as well as making arrests, according to reports by Egyptian news agency MENA. (Roi Kais)
