Report: Center targeted by IAF strike dealt with chemical weapons
A Lebanese news website has quoted an informed source in Damascus as saying that the reported Israeli Air Force strike in Syria took place at 1:30 am on Wednesday and targeted a research center in Jamraya, near the capital. According to the report, missiles were fired on the site by fighter jets.
"The center deals with the development of chemical weapons and related research," the source said, adding that four guards were killed in the attack. (Elior Levy)
