Mofaz endorses Netanyahu for PM
Kadima Chairman Shaul Mofaz met with President Shimon Peres in Jerusalem and recommended that Benjamin Netanyahu form the next government as prime minister.
"We think consistency is important, and a central tenet of our platform is changing the governing system; hence we have decided to designate Netanyahu, who heads the largest party, to form (and lead) the next government," Mofaz said. (Noam Dvir)
