Argentina's foreign minister says "it's a shame" that Britain's Foreign Secretary William Hague is refusing a one-on-one meeting with him in London. Hague responded to Hector Timerman's request for a bilateral meeting by inviting along members of the Falkland Islands Government, which Argentina does not recognize as legitimate. Lawmakers from the disputed South Atlantic islands were flying up to London, just on the chance for talks with Argentina.
