Prof. Yoram Bilu to receive Israel Prize for sociological research

Professor Yoram Bilu is the recipient of the 2013 Israel Prize in the field of sociological and anthropological research. .

The prize committee, headed by Professor Moshe Lisk, wrote in its recommendation: "Professor Bilu is a psychological anthropologist who has dedicated the majority of his research to understanding and exposing the cultural codes that define a large part of immigration from North Africa."
