Assad: Syria will not give up its principles

Syrian President Bashar Assad met with a Jordanian delegation and said: "Syria will remain the beating heart of the Arab nation and will not give up its principles, no matter how pressures intensify and no matter how diverse the schemes. These schemes are not meant to harm Syria alone, but Arabs as a whole." (Roi Kais)
