5 Palestinians arrested for gun theft, assaulting soldiers
Judea and Samaria District Police and the Shin Bet officers arrested five Palestinians, who broke into the Ramah Base in northern Jerusalem, and violently stole a gun from a soldier. The five also stole a gun from a guard in Ma'ale Michmash settlement, in the Mate Binyamin Regional Council.
It is suspected that Arab-Israelis working in the settlements provided them with information regarding settlement security. The five confessed and were remanded pending the conclusion of the legal proceedings against them. (Itamar Fleishman, Yoav Zitun)
