Family of Israeli-Arab jailed in Egypt says trial unjust
The brother of Israeli citizen Ahmed Daif, from the village Ara, who was sentenced to two years imprisonment in Egypt after being caught illegally crossing the border, said he and his family are seeking the authorities help in the matter.
"There was no justice here; everyone knows he is mentally ill and does things without understanding their consequences. I hope he will get a re-trial and that he will be released soon." (Hassan Shaalan)
