State wanted to close Zygier case
The State's position on the implications of the post-mortem report on Ben Zygier's death is that the case should be closed without determining culpability. However, Judge Daphna Blatman Kedrai determined that in light of the evidence, the blame must be placed on members of the Israel Prison Service and the case should not be closed. (Ynet)
