The Histadrut has instructed workers' unions in local authorities and in Haifa, Jerusalem and Tel Aviv to hold conferences in all the inspection departments in the country.
As a consequence, municipality inspectors will not give tickets from 1 pm until the end of the day. (Billie Frenkel)
