Palestinian vehicle hits soldier in WB, escapes

An IDF soldier was lightly injured after a Palestinian vehicle hit him near a West Bank base. A preliminary investigation reveals that an IDF force checked the vehicle when the driver suddenly pushed the gas pedal, ran over a soldier's foot and escaped.
