Security prisoners to launch 1-day hunger strike
The Israel Prison Service announced that 3,000 security prisoners will launch a one-day hunger strike on Sunday to protest the death of a prisoner at the Megiddo Prison. Prisoners at the Ofer Prison rioted on Saturday evening, banging on their cell doors and hurling objects at the hallways.
