An IDF examination revealed that a Palestinian was shot in Bethlehem by an IDF Ruger gun. The firing of the gun, which is used as a last resort in crowd dispersal, was authorized by a high ranking officer on site.
The IDF did not confirm that the Palestinian injured by army fire was a 13-year-old boy from the Aida refugee camp who was shot in the riots. (Yoav Zitun)
