Lebanese players suspended over match-fixing
The Lebanese Football Association has suspended two national team players for life and handed down suspensions ranging from one to three seasons to 22 other players who were implicated in a match-fixing and bribery scandal.
The general secretary of the West Asian Football Federation, Fadi Zreiqat, announced the suspensions Tuesday in Beirut. (AP)
