100 Leftists protest solidarity with Palestinian prisoners
About a 100 Leftist activists are demonstrating in the Tel Aviv University in solidarity with the Palestinian prisoners and their hunger strike. The protestors are carrying signs reading: "sleep deprivation=torture," "Free political prisoners," "Martial law isn't law."
Opposite 40 Rightist activists are holding their own protest. They are hoisting Israeli flags and carrying signs reading: "Supporting administrative detainees=supporting terror," "The word 'terrorist' can be white-washed, your hands can't be" and yelling "go to Gaza." (Shahar Chai)
