A 16-year-old from Tel Aviv was arrested on suspicion he raped a deaf-mute woman in her apartment. He admitted to the act.
The investigation suggests that the teen followed the woman at night several days ago and assaulted her as she entered her house, where he then raped her. (Eli Senyor)
