Report: Israel prevents top Islamic Jihad man from entering Gaza
A senior Islamic Jihad source in Gaza says Israel prevented Islamic Jihad Deputy Secretary-General Ziad Nakhleh from entering the Gaza Strip to attend his son's wedding on Friday.
According to the source, Nafez Azam, Egypt appealed to Israel on the matter, but the Jewish state refused and said that it could not gurantee that Nakhleh would not be the target of an assassination. (Elior Levy)
