Jerusalem: 56 'price tag' acts in 2012

The past year has seen 56 'price tag' acts, including the slashing of tires and spray-painting hate slogans, committed in Jerusalem against the local Arab population.

Addressing the tension in the capital, Jerusalem District Police chief Yossi Pariente said, "We are preparing for any scenario. Currently we do not identify any escalation within Jerusalem." (Noam Dvir)
