Plea bargain signed with teen involved in lynch

The Jerusalem District Prosecutor's Office signed a plea bargain with a 16-year-old teen involved in the assault of Arab teen Jamal Julani in the capital in 2012. The teen admitted to aggravated assault motivated by racism and incitement to racism. The incitement to violence charge was scrapped.
