Teacher indicted for allegedly molesting students
The Jerusalem District Prosecution filed an indictment against Malachi Israel Banias, 24, from Moshav Ahiezer, for allegedly committing indecent acts on eight children, ages 5-15.
According to charges filed in the city’s district court, Banias committed these acts on the children, some of whom were his students, as he was serving as a teacher in Rehovot and in Beitar Ilit. (Aviel Magnezi)
