Justice minister says no one immune to investigation
Justice Minister Yaakov Ne'eman responded to a question posed by MK Orly Levi-Abekasis (Yisrael Beiteinu) regarding the immunity of judges and said, "in the State of Israel there is equality in the face of law and no one is immune to criminal investigation and prosecution."
Minister Ne'eman referred at the Knesset plenum to the case of the judge suspected of alleged child abuse and to the delay in the investigation and added that the "Attorney General decided to rule on the judge's investigation after weighing all circumstances." (Moran Azulay)
