Counter Terrorism Bureau issues Sinai travel advisory
A travel advisory has been issued by the Counter Terrorism Bureau warning Israelis not to enter Sinai over the Passover holiday. According to the advisory, there is risk of terror attacks or kidnapping attempts against Israelis. Advisories were also issued for Algeria, Tunisia, Malaysia and Indonesia.
In addition, there are six countries to which Israelis are forbidden from travelling (Syria, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen and Saudi Arabia). High level advisories were also issued regarding travel to Somalia, Sudan and Afghanistan. (Gilad Morag)
