Senior FSA official: UN peacekeepers' abduction 'a mistake'

A senior officer in the Free Syrian Army Hosam Adin Al-Awaq told the BBC that the abduction of UN peacekeepers on the Golan border was a mistake and stressed that they would be released as soon as possible. He called the abduction a "major unacceptable error."

The officer added that the battalion responsible for the abduction was not under their control. According to the officer the peacekeepers would not be harmed. (Roi Kais)
