Yachimovich: Netanyahu prefers Labor, haredim to Bennett, Lapid
Labor Chairwoman Shelly Yachimovich claims that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has offered the Labor party the opportunity to join the ruling government coalition, but at no point "was open to changing his policy in such a manner that could fit the Labor party."
Yachimovich added that "it is no secret that Netanyahu preferred Lapid and Bennett to be left out of the government, and instead forming a coalition with us and the haredim. However, we are not a sectorial party, willing to debase ourselves for a few crumbs." (Moran Azulay)
