Syria: Rebels, Assad's forces battle in Homs

Fierce fighting has broken out between Syrian rebels and President Bashar Assad's forces in Homs' Baba Amr neighborhood, a local human rights organization reported.

The place was the site of bloody combats about a year ago, in which more than 135 were killed. (AFP)
