Man allegedly sodomizes boy, tries to bribe police to close case

The Jerusalem Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment with the city's Magistrate's Court against Omar Abu-Nia, 54, from Jerusalem, for alleged sodomy and bribery.

According to the indictment, Abu-Nia met with a 15-year-old boy in a park near Jerusalem's Rockefeller Archaeological Museum two weeks ago, talked with him and sodomized him. He later tried to sodomize him again. In addition, Abu-Nia is indicted for offering his interrogator $100,000 cash to close the case. (Aviel Magnezi)
