Demonstrations outside PM’s Residence against ‘wave of racism’
Dozens of educators, among them members of the Dror Israel movement, Hashomer Hatzair and Mahanot Haolim, demonstrated outside the residence of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem, protesting the “wave of racism against the Arab population that has swept the country.” Demonstrators demanded the government take all measures to end the phenomenon, which they claim has become routine.
Members of Laolam Adam, who initiated the demonstration, also requested of Education Minitster Gideon Sa'ar that he use all his power to "make sure the educational system works against this dangerous trend.” (Omri Efraim and Shahar Chai)
