The suspect has been remanded for an additional seven days by the Ramla Magistrate's Court.

Three weeks ago a Filipino foreign worker filed a complaint with the Ramla police claiming she was raped by the taxi driver.

According to the complaint, she was riding in the suspect's vehicle when he veered off the road to a secluded area, where he threatened and raped her.

Shortly after the complaint, investigators found an Eritrean foreign worker who shared a similar story.

A few days ago another complaint was filed by a Russian immigrant, who claimed the suspect failed in his attempt to rape her.

The man, arrested on Monday, denied the charges but was linked to the women involved. Police are currently trying to locate more foreign workers who may have been assaulted by the suspect.
