Chopper crash investigation: IAF holds assessment meeting

Israeli Air Force Commander, Maj. Gen. Amir Eshel, held a special assessment meeting with the air forces' senior command.

During the meeting he updated the command about that status of the investigation into the crash, currently underway, and the group discussed the crash's immediate implication on the IAF's fighter helicopters unit's scheduled training and combat operations. He additional informed the group about the funeral arrangements for the two pilots- Lt.-Col. Noam Ron, 49, and Maj. Erez Flekser, 31- who lost their lives in the crash. (Yoav Zitun)
