West Bank commander: Stone throwing is 'grassroots terrorism'
The commander of the IDF's Judea and Samaria Division, Brig.-Gen Hagai Mordechai visited the four female members of the Biton family, who were injured in the terror attack en route to Ariel Thursday and are currently hospitalized.

"We define the phenomenon of stone throwing as 'grassroots terrorism' and we responded accordingly, at a professional, tactic and intelligence level. We will complete the investigation and apprehend those responsible," Mordechai told the family. Friday, security forces arrested ten Palestinians in connection to the event. (Yoav Zitun)
