Man who raped minor in Aroma bathroom jailed for 15 years
The Jerusalem District Court sentenced Nissim Pines to 15 years in prison for his admitted rape and sodomy of a 12-year-old girl in the restroom of an Aroma Café branch in February 2011 and for the sodomy of another minor.
Judges Zvi Segal, Moshe Yoed Hacohen and Ben-Tzion Greenberger called his acts “horrible, disgusting and ugly.” In addition, Pines will pay NIS 60,000 to the first girl and NIS 30,000 to the second. (Aviel Magnezi)
