The Jaffa Military Court confirmed the plea bargain attained with a Home Front Command soldier, convicted of negligent homicide of an illegal Palestinian alien in southern Mount Hebron.
According to the plea bargain, two months ago the soldier's force identified a group of Palestinians near the border fence and called upon them to stop. The soldier fired at his legs contrary to directives and injured him in his mid section, causing his death. (Yoav Zitun)
