Obama: 'Israel has no greater friend than US'

US President Barak Obama said in a joint press conference with Shimon Peres that: "I reaffirmed to Peres that in this work (regarding peace and security) Israel will have no greater friend than the US."
He then thanked Peres for "for all the seeds you’ve planted; seeds of progress, seeds of security, seeds of peace. These have helped the relations between our two nations grow. These seeds will help secure the future" (Ynet)
