Greenpeace activists climb Jerusalem bridge in anti-US protest

Several activists of apolitical organization Greenpeace climbed the Jerusalem Chords Bridge in an attempt to hang signs on it in honor of US President Barack Obama's visit to the city, in protest of his country's drilling in the North Pole.
A police force dispatched to the area detained eight of the protestors for questioning. Four of them are still on the bridge. (Noam Dvir)
