MK Shelly Yachimovich commented on Finance Minister Yair Lapid's statements regarding budgetary cuts, as she posted on her Facebook page: "My brethren the slaves, you will continue to be the country's ATM."
Yachimovich referred to the new finance minister's forecasts that the economy might temporarily "get worse," as she added, as if on behalf of Lapid himself: "Representatives from the treasury told me that taxing your grocery shopping will be easier than taxing the wealthy." (Moran Azulay)
