A foreign football-player for Maccabi Netanya was arrested for allegedly killing a young woman on Wednesday in a Netanya hotel.
Two Congo nationals were arrested for their involvement in the death of the 20-year-old whose body was found under the city's Carmel Hotel. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
