Israel Railways paying millions for non-existent work

Two months ago Ynet learned that Israel Railways paid millions of shekels to its cleaning contractor for work that was never carried out.

According to the latest information, the train’s management received a report six years ago outlining the payments to the cleaning contractor, for the non-existent work. No refunds were ever requested and the payments continue. (Hillel Posek)
