4,500 Palestinian prisoners intend to send back meals

Some 4,500 Palestinian prisoners announced that they would be sending back meals in prison on Wednesday in protest of the death of the Palestinian prisoner Maisara Abu Hamdiyeh.
The Prison Service noted that a hunger strike is only declared when prisoners send back meals two days in a row. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
